We help NetSuite customers in construction & infrastructure, oil & gas, and renewables manage complex projects from cost to completion through our native SuiteApp.

About the Role

  • Lead end-to-end ProScope implementation projects, working directly with clients in construction, renewables, oil & gas and related sectors. Managing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training and post-implementation support.
  • Translate clients' complex business needs into effective ProScope solutions that drive measurable business value.
  • Guide clients on finance and project management best practices, helping them unlock the full power of ProScope while leveraging your ERP expertise and industry insight.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, deliver tailored training sessions and ensure ongoing client success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance while also mentoring junior team members.
  • Work cross-functionally with developers and PMs to influence future product enhancements and ensure delivery excellence.

About You

  • You have proven experience leading multiple client-facing NetSuite implementations. This role is not suitable for internal-only NetSuite administrators, developers, or in-house ERP specialists.
  • You have a deep understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and how they apply within complex, project-based environments.
  • You bring consulting experience in industries such as construction, renewables, or oil & gas.
  • You will have the ability to confidently lead clients through transformation with clarity and structure.
  • You’re a natural collaborator and problem-solver who builds strong client relationships and thrives in a team environment.
  • You’re comfortable making smart decisions under pressure and guiding others through change.
  • You hold current NetSuite certifications - or have the motivation and capability to complete them quickly.
  • Passionate about technology that genuinely improves how companies operate, you combine curiosity, ownership, and a commitment to outstanding outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience with NetSuite and a strong track record in successful implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
  • Confident communicator with credible client-facing experience.
  • Skilled in training, documentation, and quality assurance.
