Solutions Consultant - Construction Software:
(United Kingdom Remote)
Do you have experience with construction ERP or project-based software in a pre-sales, implementation, support, or consulting role? Join us as a Solutions Consultant and help transform the way construction businesses work!
Your purpose as a Solutions Consultant is to leverage expertise in construction software and project delivery processes to provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and tailored solutions for clients.
Our partner's product is a NetSuite application that unlocks the power of NetSuite for businesses tackling complex project management challenges. They are a proud member of the SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN), and has achieved 'Built for NetSuite' status, solidifying its position as a premier Native SuiteApp.
In this role you will play a key role in understanding the client's unique business requirements and operational challenges, translating those needs into effective software solutions. Support clients throughout the customer journey by delivering pre-sales consultations, solution demonstrations, system configuration, and ongoing advisory services to ensure successful adoption and maximise the value of the platform.
As a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between client objectives and the capabilities of the platform, help organisations optimise their processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve successful business outcomes.
Some of what you will do
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present platform as the preferred solution.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and design solutions that address customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, estimates, and statements of work.
- Build trusted client relationships throughout the pre-sales process.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution design and handover.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support continuous product improvement.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the platform, industry trends, and emerging technologies to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions.
What you need
- Must have experience with a construction ERP or project-based software solution in a pre-sales, implementation, support, or consulting role.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and work collaboratively with sales teams throughout the pre-sales cycle.
- A commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with product developments and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate solution design, configuration, and documentation.
Skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software platforms, with full training provided.
- Strong technical aptitude, including software configuration, integrations, databases, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and design effective solutions.
- Customer-focused, with excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Well organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
