Cooper Software Ltd (trading as ProScope for NetSuite) (hereinafter "the Company") is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains. We uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to ensure that our operations and business relationships remain free from exploitation.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, workers, suppliers, contractors, and business partners associated the Company. It outlines our approach to identifying and preventing modern slavery risks.
3. Our Commitment
The Company is dedicated to:
- Ensuring there is no modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, or child labour in any part of our business or supply chains.
- Conducting due diligence on suppliers and partners to assess risks related to modern slavery.
- Encouraging openness and whistleblowing to report concerns related to modern slavery.
- Providing training to relevant staff to identify and address risks associated with modern slavery.
4. Responsibilities

Senior Management: Responsible for implementing and reviewing this policy.

Employees & Contractors: Expected to uphold ethical labour standards and report any suspected modern slavery concerns.

Suppliers & Partners: Must comply with our ethical standards and demonstrate their commitment to eradicating modern slavery.
5. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment
The Company will:

Evaluate new and existing suppliers based on their policies and practices against modern slavery.

Monitor supply chains to identify any risks of forced labour or human trafficking.

Take immediate action where concerns are identified.
6. Reporting Concerns
Anyone with concerns regarding modern slavery or human trafficking within our operations or supply chain should report them to the CFO via webform. Reports can be made anonymously and will be treated confidentially.
7. Training and Awareness
We provide training to employees and key stakeholders to help them recognise and prevent modern slavery risks.
8. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
